By Raul Gorrín. The human ability
to manage time is one of the most valuable things we have as it helps us
succeed. In the assessment of effective time management we must ask two
questions: What if you use the money from your company and your savings in the
same way you use your time? When was the last time you scheduled a review of
the allocation of time?
Many entrepreneurs often characterized by the
absence of effective time management experience many difficulties in meeting at
the last minute, deadlines, meetings or deliveries reporting. This type of
disorganization generally produces a crisis management leading to excessive
tension, poor work performance and low productivity. If this happens on your
agenda, you should take immediate action to prevent things from getting worse,
affecting the health of your company and yourself.
Experts say that poor time management is
often a symptom of overconfidence. It is recommended that the techniques used
successfully to work with small projects and allow complete them, can be used
to tackle the rest of the task, and even, if they work, apply to the
fulfillment of the daily agenda.
Importantly, demands, problems and earnings
to increase efficiency increase as you grow your responsibility. To keep your
productivity up, you must learn to apply appropriate techniques. Otherwise you
can be overcome by those who use their time more productively and efficiently.
Perhaps the reason why time management is so little practiced is because of how
few times the evaluation and review of staff performance occurs. Studies show
that many people are not able to establish differences that can occur between
organization and proper planning and effective time management.
Personal time management has many facets. It
is not the simple concept of keeping a well-ordered daily agenda and the idea
related to the well-crafted planned activities. The issue goes beyond these
requirements. Effective time management is a tool for systematizing its
influence on events. Successful management also depends on many other qualities
such as effective delegation and project planning. By Raúl Gorrín.
