It is essential to run good management to achieve
optimum levels of productivity. The aim of this management is to improve the
productivity, sustainability and competitiveness, ensuring viability of the
company. Much of the actions that are used to achieve optimization is planning
goals and objectives are to be achieved. However, it should be clear that
target business objectives is not an easy task as there are distracting
elements that can prevent those goals are completed.

not always achieve the expected goals. It is therefore important that we work
to have clear values, mission and vision of the company, with the aim of
improving communication, motivate staff and increase productivity.
Companies should emphasize motivating employees,
stimulate their creativity in order to realize the goals and generate changes
in the organization, which eventually allows to increase business productivity.
Creativity is a prerequisite for the survival of any
business requirement, which enables us to ensure a competitive position in the
market and deal with the constant changes thereof.
